Our Platform

The SME Procure platform

From fragmented requirements to delivery-ready teams and coordinated bids — in one connected workflow.

SME Procure is built for the reality of defence delivery: programmes move fast, information is fragmented across organisations, and the right capability is often one introduction away — if you can find it in time.

The platform connects three stages of delivery that are typically disconnected.

Smart Scope

From ambiguity to a structured, delivery-ready requirement

Early-stage requirements are often spread across slide decks, emails and conversations. Smart Scope brings them into one structured view so stakeholders can work from a shared understanding.

  • Structured requirement capture

Define outcomes, constraints, dependencies and success criteria in a guided format — not a blank page.

  • Role and skill identification

Supports identification of the experience and constraints implied by the requirement, helping teams begin forming earlier.

  • Structured statement of work output

Produces a structured statement of work that can be refined and used for internal alignment and governance.

  • Version history and traceability

Track how a requirement evolves over time, from initial capture through to more defined outputs.

Schedule of Services

The supplier matures the sensor–fusion architecture through PDR and CDR: ICD changes are baselined in DOORS, interface models are configuration-controlled, and monthly design reviews capture risks, assumptions and test dependencies.

Governance notes, approval workflow and full annexes are maintained in the complete statement for review.

Smart Team

Identify the right people and suppliers — with clarity

Finding the right capability often relies on fragmented information, CVs and existing networks. Smart Team brings structure and visibility to that process.

  • Skill and clearance-based search

Search across associates by skills, domain experience, security clearance and availability in a single view.

  • Structured shortlists

Build shortlists of relevant associates and suppliers against a defined requirement, with visibility of how they align.

  • Supplier capability search

Identify suppliers by domain, accreditation, case studies and organisational capability in a structured format.

  • Availability and fit visibility

See who is available, how they align to the requirement, and where capability gaps may remain.

Smart Bid

Bring structure to multi-party bids

Multi-organisation bids are often coordinated across emails, documents and disconnected tools. Smart Bid provides a structured way to organise teams and submissions.

  • Consortium structuring

Define which organisations are involved and how they contribute to a delivery solution.

  • Work-package mapping

Map suppliers and associates to specific areas of delivery, with clear ownership and responsibilities.

  • Coordinated bid development

Support alignment across multiple contributors to maintain a consistent approach to the submission.

  • Submission coordination

Track progress across contributors, identify gaps and support coordination towards submission deadlines.
